The hotel looks completely different from the pictures on the website. In reality, it looks very old. The staff try to keep it clean and tidy, but there’s still a lot of room for improvement. I must say, though, the staff are all quite nice and helpful. But guess what? When I asked them to heat up my food, they wanted to charge me 50 baht! 😂🤣 As for the beach, it’s very dirty, and you can’t even swim there. Overall, the experience has been quite disappointing, especially considering how different everything looks compared to the pictures advertised online. To be honest, Pattaya hasn’t impressed me at all, and I don’t think I’ll visit again. Krabi, on the other hand, was absolutely unbelievable! The people there were so lovely, friendly, and genuine. I had a much better experience in Krabi, and I would happily go back there again. ❤️

I’ve got a good bank for my buck the resort was absolutely beautiful from my arrival to the front door through to concierge. It was excellent. They had a cafe there. They had a games room there for the children and they had a little quiet spot where you could do some work on your laptop surrounded by fish tanks. The pool was said factory absolutely beautiful the staff at the pool two women who were quite rude to me when I asked if they knew whether the pool towels were however that shouldn’t take away from its brilliance. Third floor cleaner was not very good. I was moved to the fifth floor and the cleaner was excellent and I made sure to tip her well for her efforts was 10 out of 10. I think they did have a gym possibly a library and probably a few other things that I didn’t really explore only five floors via elevator which was good. High off the ground had an amazing view of the pool and the sea behind. I would definitely book again.
