The Inn was quaint as it's a converted Whaling Captains house into an inn. Staff friendly, helpful, wants your stay to be great. Daily room cleaning which is rare theses days. Has a bar and restaurant, free breakfast.

We enjoyed staying at the Acadia. It was nice to be able to park and then have our base be right in downtown Bar Harbor close to lots of food and shops. Also, only a few minutes away from the entrance to the national park. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We didn’t find the bed to be the most comfortable but that could just be personal preference- it seemed a bit too firm and hard to us.
