No complaints on this property and management. We stayed at another Iberostar in Cancun in 2017 for 7 nights and the experience was just as good. Staff is extremely welcoming and kind no matter where you’re at or what you’re doing. Pool was large and fun, pool bar available, easy access to the ocean. Tons of beach chairs with covers available. I literally can’t think of anything to complain about. It’s a very family friendly resort and I would recommend Iberostar to anyone trying to enjoy an all inclusive experience in Cancun, or anywhere for that matter. We will be back to this same resort in a year or two. They also had fun entertainment nightly at the theater area. Just an overall amazing time.

We received our room credits late and couldn't use them on a massage we got from the spa so make sure you get the staff to help set the app up and activate the room credits when you check in.

The nature feel of the resort was very nice, it had a good jungle feel in the middle of the resort.
The seaweed was constantly being cleaned.
Unfortunately a lit of the amenities did not work.
The sports bar was closed, many restaurants were closed throughout the week. Our room had many issues,
the fridge broke twice, the hair dryer didn't work, toilet was broken.
Honestly I feel that I was mislead about this resort. If I had know about the closures I would have made a different choice honestly
