    Booked for 2 rooms for family of 5. People at the resort were very friendly. The booking experience was a little tough at first, but after working with the customer service team we were able to get things worked out . Everything happened the way it was set up. Perfect! Thanks for helping with creating great memories!

    The hotel overall is very good, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. On rainy days, there isn’t much to do indoors, so it would be great if more activities were available or better communicated to guests. At the Traviata restaurant, there are too many flies during the daytime because the door is often left open, keeping it closed or finding a way to manage this would make the dining experience much more enjoyable. Additionally, the spa services are very much overpriced! More reasonable pricing or better value packages would encourage more guests to use the facilities.
