Loved the balcony as we sat out often. Music started too early in the morning. Not enough staff so to order food off the menu and ordering drinks took forever. Dirty glasses left on the bar counter during meal service. A pain to run a tab as they don’t ask you when checking in. So you have to give them your credit card at reception and first time at bar. Sitting on loungers you never saw a server asking you if you want something. Inefficiencies in dining room as tables never cleaned off after first sitting.

The hotel is beautiful. The stay was great. We stayed for 4 days. Check-in was an issue though as my card, the wrong card was charged prior to arrival (we booked the pay later/at hotel option). This was eventually rectified. We also were not aware of the included breakfast until the 2nd to last day of our stay.
If you're looking to swim in the Ocean you are not able to do so at this property. But they do have two pools.
The little hiccups were small in comparison. The hotel is nice overall, it was clean, the food was good, and we felt safe although that wasn't much of a worry for us.
