Overall an excellent hotel to spend ur vacation at Cozumel. Great staff, a bedroom that have all that u need plus a good view of the beach.
The food at the hotel restaurant is great. Pools could be better but if u don’t like the ocean experience (crazy btw) it is a good option.
I’m definitely going to come back to this beautiful island and visit Playa Azul.
My brother and I want to thank from the bottom of our hearts for this amazing experience.

Hotel could use remodeling, location is great, and staff very friendly. The food and drinks were mid.

WiFi was a little weak; TV all streaming, beach area/bar nice; walk in ocean area rocky but doable

It’s so so old and all stink humid and mold, we’ve had roaches in our room. Pools are old and ugly. Ocean and the beach are beautiful, stuff is amazing
For this money I’ve stayed at way better properties, wouldn’t ever put 9 for this one.
