    Very close to the castle (5 minutes) and 10 minutes from the lovely town of Newbury. My only criticisms are there isn't a lift or breakfast facilities but McDonald’s, Starbucks and a shell garage with a mini market within the vicinity

    This hotel is superbly located & offers an excellent price-quality relationship. Room was comfortable & clean with piping hot water. Couldn't ask for more after a long drive from North. Starbucks, McDonald's & Shell next to hotel, plenty of parking & beside A34. Definitely recommend it.
