    Stayed for 2 nights during a brief business trip to SA. Hotel was very good value for money and all staff were excellent. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. General Manager came and had a brief chat to ensure that everything was Ok with the stay. Good attention to customer relations.

    When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the hotel didn't have my bookings. I have to send them an email I received from Agoda. I asked them what was happening, and they said is because I booked with Agoda. I told them that I always booked with Agoda, why is it different with this specific hotel. I was a bit disappointed to wait for them while they were still confirming.
