    The staff were wonderful. They were extremely helpful and went over and above in customer service and made you feel welcome. I loved staying at Hotel Charles. My room was upgraded. I had the most beautiful room which had a lovely outlook. The room were cleaned immaculately. I stayed for 9 nights. The bus stop to the city centre is very close. The restaurant was great. The steak with pepper sauce was awesome. The waiter in Janos restaurant made you feel welcome and offered great service. In my opinion Hotel Charles is the best hotel in Budapest. When I visit Budapest again I will definately stay there.

    The room was very cozy and spacious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions and public transport.
