personnel on duty for breakfast service was not alert and focused on guests… I.e water temperature tea too low and time not indicated

Be carefull valid parking will be extra charged without leting you know. Costs 18€ per day.

Perfect, couldn't ask for anything else. The staff at the front desk where super nice, sorry I can't remember there names, want say Scott and Pregnish. The steam room is nice and the pool is a nice touch. If your looking to check out the autostadt this is the place to stay if you can afford it.

Very nice service and specially Daniela at the spa was extremely helpful and nice and overal the service and condition of the hotel are 5 star all around.
