"The hotel staff is great—polite and helpful. The hotel itself is good, but they should improve the soundproofing. Rude guests disturb a lot during the night with their noise and inconsiderate behavior. The cleaning is okay, but the bathroom could use a bit more attention."

Clean room
No explanation, just was told the pool was closed, didn't explain the minibar in the room was included in the price.
Asked to charge the car and they staff didn't really seem to know what to do, just shrugged shoulders and said maybe could charge on the street somewhere. Overall not really great service.
