    1. got 2 lift, 1 out of service. Ask maintenance staff any other way. He look around, thinking if there are other lift that i can use and said no. The building got 2 lift and we are standing in front of the 2. Did not border to help/ask to move my lagguge to level 2.!!! My son (on business trip) on level 2, i wanted to move my laguagge to his room. I leaving for SG that day, checked out of my own room that morning.
