    It is a very clean and neat hotel - the staff speaks good English and the service was really good. Would definitely recommend

    A bit overrated. Breakfast was fine but for high end buffet they charge you for a latte instead of their weak coffee. They charge you to use the hotel pool and you must reserve a time. It's hood. Just not great

    Our room was spacious, with old-looking interiors, or maybe that was the ambiance they wanted. Since the breakfast buffet is not included in our room reservation, we noted that it is a bit expensive. We did not use the indoor pool, but we were told we could use it for an additional fee, the same as the fitness center, which is a bit weird, as it comes free with other hotels. Overall, we still had a great stay thanks to its proximity to some of Osaka's tourist spots, especially the Osaka Castle. There were also many dining options near the hotel.

    The hotel is very dated and in need of renovation. It isn’t a 5 star hotel. More of a 4 star (maybe high standard 3 star). The showers are in the bath tub with a curtain. The toilets are dated. As is the furniture in rooms. AC doesn’t work very well. You’re not able to use the gym or swimming pool without paying a daily rate. The breakfast was good and service fast. The location is outside of the main hub of Osaka. Nice area if you enjoy walking as the castle grounds are very near by.
