    Very good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Metro is 3 1/2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    The location was good near to Metro station and the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hot water was consistently reliable, adding to the overall positive experience.

    The staff were all nice, it's not their fault. The place is just old. The room wasn't comfortable. The TV didn't work, the sink and bathtub didn't drain, the bedside table lamp sconce was loose and flipped over, there were stains on the floor, the airplanes were loud, the meandering convention center halls with empty old couches and chairs made me want to grab a handle of SoCo and a crack pipe, breakfast wasn't delicious. The barrio is way nicer just a few blocks south. We moved to another hotel that was cheaper and much better in all respects. Bolt and Uber are super cheap - €3-5 to Oriente station - cheaper than the metro at Entrecampos, so proximity to the public transit was meaningless.
