We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for two people. While it wasn't particularly spacious, it never felt cramped, and there was enough room to move around comfortably even with our luggage. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's within walking distance of the public transport station, making it very convenient to travel to the airport, the beach, and the city center. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so everything we needed was easily accessible. We also felt very safe throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a clean, well-maintained area surrounded by other well-known hotels, and we were comfortable walking around even in the evening. Lastly, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we had questions. Overall, this hotel offered great value, comfort, and convenience, and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Nice.

The property was fully renovated in 2025 and the resulting Superior Room is very comfortable and practical relative to its size, with hard floor, a Nespresso machine, good bedding, a well-thought layout and a sufficient number of power-points. The Team is both friendly and professional, and the overall feeling when staying in that hotel is very positive.

The facilities were clean and welcoming. No carts for suitcases, just a kitchen utility cart! No free shuttle! No coffee available in the entryway while waiting for the cab. Otherwise, the staff and facility are good. Would stay again unless I find for the same price free coffee stand and free shuttle.

Great location if you are flying out. It is only 7 min walk to T1 Rooms are small compared to North America but updated and clean and soundproof Breakfast was included and was good Restaurant was closed at 5pm so went to hotel next door for food Drinks are expensive at 10 euros Only issue was the staff lady at reception. Very rude at check-in and when I wanted to borrow an iron.
