Nasty stinky dirty sheets, small rooms and room was not clean.

In town for a three day stay. Inspected the room due to kids with allergies. Room had mold, legit dirty sheets and cockroaches. Notified the front desk and they gave another room to look at and it was the same way but cockroaches were in between the comforter. And the top sheet. The front desk had already called their sister company Super 8, around the corner to transfer the reservation. I inspected the room before and it was the same way except there was a wet and sticky substance in the middle of the floor. I requested a refund,
