They’ve switched to a guy on a webcam for front desk support…they are useless! I booked for Christmas Eve but mistakingly confirmed for Christmas Day. Upon speaking with “kiosk” about the mix up they tell me that agoda must authorize and make the change, so I get on the phone with Agoda, they get the reservation changed with no problems, Agoda called and spoke with “kiosk” herself and they had the updated reservation emailed to me within minutes…but kiosk’s systems were messed up and not updating on their end…kiosk had me sitting in the lobby for over an hour saying it takes 10 minutes to update in their end…meanwhile it’s been over 30 minutes at this point. I demand a live person to assist to which I was refused, kiosk also had the nerve to belittle me in front of my companions. Then proceeds to tell us that the manager and police are in their way, refusing me service…and when I try to cancel and get my money back the kiosk refuses to answer Agoda phone call and trying to refuse my refund, leaving me on the streets in Christmas Eve…and now again on Christmas Day! I will never stay at another days in, or any hotel that decides to use “kiosk”…and if Agoda doesn’t do something to make this right I’ll be deleting agoda aswell.

I had a horrible time and this is only my first night. To start the linens were dirty,stained and had human hairs all over them. Next I was starting to shave at 6pm with an electric razor and the neighbor kept pounding on the wall telling me to keep the noise down. It's like if I took a step he would tell me to keep it down. Then around 7:30pm someone kept trying to get in my room with the do not disturb sign up. This continued for like 30 minutes. I kept saying someone is in here. It was staff saying that if I didn't open up they were calling the cops. I was in the middle of taking a shower so I got out with only a towel went to the door and grabbed my paperwork and I'd and said here it is my room and this is totally unacceptable. Welcome to the digital age the person who checked me in did something wrong on his end. They have offered me nothing for all of these issues. This place is horrible.
