Jakarta Airport Hotel

A little tricky to find but it was very good. The staff also helped to organise us a shuttle to T3 for our next flight. Helped with our bags. Nice and quiet 👍✅

I had an early morning flight to San Francisco and stayed at Jakarta Airport hotel which conveniently located inside the airport and accessible by the sky train from terminal 3 where I arrived. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. From receptionist, bellman, to shuttle driver. I had to check out super early for my 6:10am international flight and the staff packed me some breakfast to go. How cool is that! They also provide free shuttle that takes you around the airport. The room is decently clean; you get everything you need for your stay and free wifi. Highly recommend if you have an early morning flight. I can assure you that the staff here will accommodate your needs. I would stay again next time if I have to catch early morning flight.

Good location, lovely staff. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Although the staff are wonderful and help you carry your luggage if requested. Great for a transit stay - quiet, clean and convenient. Not the most well maintained property but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms.

Great airport hotel, conveniently located with a fabulous airport shuttle available at whatever ungodly hour you might need it. We were only here for about 11 hours, but the shower was hot with amazing water pressure, the towels were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was amazed that the breakfast buffet was available at 3:30 in the morning! Coffee and a pastry at that hour cannot be beat, especially before an early flight. Our flight departed from Terminal 3 and the hotel is in Terminal 2, but thanks to the shuttle, getting there was zero problem even with our "middle of the night" departure time. The staff was absolutely lovely, and we would definitely stay here again.
