The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay.
The pool area was excellent – a perfect place to relax and unwind – and the pool bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink while soaking up the atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. We would highly recommend the Sheraton and look forward to returning in the future

Staff were very warm, friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable. The amenities were top notch. I also had a great late night meal. I also loved the old heritage style of the resort. All in all, perfect for a transit

Breakfast
The discount vouchers were not afforded to us and despite my plea the Manager refused. Now it was definitely not about the money hence I would not re3commend your hotel to anybody. We travelled with 2 other couples from Australia and they both received the vouchers, yet we all booked through BOOKING.COM. I could not believe an establishment like the Sheraton would be that pedantic about something as miniscule as that. Just to put this in perspective Sheraton would rather lose the patronage of a customer for such a minor request????? It didn't make any sense whatsoever.
