Room was clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
Unfortunately, during this stay, I was unable to use pool and/or hot tub due to high number of people using the facilties throughout the day and night. However, this is not poor reflection of the hotel/staff.
Both mornings, during my stay, only choice for breads was bagels. Also, there were no knives available one morning for spreading butter, etc. and/or cutting anything.
Both nights there was a dog outdoors barking intermittently throughout the night.

We usually love this hotel, and really enjoy the hot tub. Although this time we were not able to enjoy the hot tub as it had too much chlorine and it was burning our eyes to the point we had to leave the pool and hot tub area.
