The hotel is in a perfect location to get a good feel for Sao Paulo; nice, safe, central location very near Avenida Paulista.

Two blocks off Avenida Paulista, Sao Paulo's Champs-Elysees, 5th Avenue, "Magnificent Mile". Safe neighborhood. Moderately priced restaurants nearby. Short taxi ride to Modarn Art Museum and the Oca museum space and Iberapuera Park. A Central Park-like space. Great value in apart-hotel. High speed internet in rooms if you ask for it, 10 R$ per day. Helpful, accomodating staff goes extra mile for customer.

I had a great stay here. The rooms are small apartment style places. The living area and kitchen are basic. Expect no utensils beyond plates and cutlery (and the cooktop is electric).
The bathroom was large and the hot water pressure was strong. Bed was comfortable. The room has a balcony and two AC units. WiFi was strong.
Check in was a breeze and the location is great (felt safe and close to the main shopping strip). Breakfast was basic (but definitely not bad). The hallway outside the room had a horrible smell (but the room itself was fine). Really clean.
I would definitely stay here again. It’a not a luxury place but definitely comfortable and great value for money! You won’t be disappointed.
