    I’m disappointed with my stay in this hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the window has a wall view. I am also surprised that it has no free breakfast.

    I got a surprise deal from Agoda which made our reservation really cheap. The bed is really comfy that made me sleep 10 hrs for the first night. The room is soundproof and quiet. There is no free water bottle in the room. But you can use your empty bottle to fill in filtered water at the hotel lobby. There is also gym and microwave service provided. The hotel location is about 30-45 mins walk to tourist attractions.

    We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The morning after the first night, there was no hot water, and we had received no prior notification. When we reported it to the front desk, they said they were probably repairing a pipe, which required temporarily shutting off the hot water. I believe prior notification should have been given. That same evening, we received another notification stating that maintenance by the water company would stop water at 10 PM and restore it by 6 AM the next day. Unfortunately, the next morning, there was still no water until 7:30 AM. Even if this issue was outside the hotel’s control, it was still annoying to have consecutive water problems. Later that same day, the toilet flooded twice, which was disgusting. Although maintenance personnel eventually came to repair the issues, we received no apology or compensation. Overall, this hotel is very old, and during our stay, we experienced daily water issues. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend it.

    The female staff at the front desk needs more training on how to talk to the guests. They choose who to smile to and who to be mean to. Room was ok, with leaking shower and sink tub.
