    It was the last day before we went home so we lashed out on a room spent a lot of money walked in yes spacious but the smell of smoke was absolutely disgusting. We asked for non-smoking room. You turn on the air-conditioner smelt on smoke the sheet smelt on smoke the pillows everything was disgustingly smelled on smoke. Only had two small towels for two people we usually get four towels. The carpets all need to be updated. Then you had to pay for the spa and the pool which is what it is but when you go in the spa and you find a pacifier from a child and you paid money that’s not good then decided to tell them about a whole experience and all they could say sorry we paid for one night what we paid for a week over there and I wasn’t happy. Hilton hotels are expensive. Luxurious did not find that at all. It was just in Japan a more spacious room but that’s it. I would rather have stayed where we did in a non-spacious room that were all clean up-to-date not smelled on smoke and you didn’t have to pay to use the spare of the pool. It was included in the price of the hotel so I spend your money on somewhere else. If you’re a smoker you wouldn’t have a problem with it for two smokers. We had a massive problems with it and a bit upset that all we got was a sorry after spending a weeks worth of accommodation in one night so if you want something luxurious please find another hotel

    Yamamote line across the hotel offers direct service to Ginza and connections to Shibuya and all hotspots. Next to two big shopping malls with distinctive brands and variety of restaurants. Second floor was under construction and it would be better to have been informed in advance. Offers great views of the Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge and very convenient transfer to Haneda Airport. Rooms will need renovation in a few years.

    I booked the hotel from agoda with 4 beds, when i check in the hotel try to charge me additional bed. And expect me to contact with agoda to settle, the excuse was that agoda told them wrongly, and they need to cherge me more for the extra bed. I check what is their per night rate, and it is obvious that the price i paid to agoda per night already include the extra bed charges as it is much more expensive than their without extra bed rate. Ridiculous non logical staff
