The room was spotless. All staff were very courteous.
Amenities were very well maintained. Minor issue, the miniature golf is no longer available.
The place was amazingly decorated for Xmas. Very elegant and festive

We love staying at The Langham. It is truly our home away from home every time we stay here. My wife has been coming to this hotel since she was 6 years old when it was still the Ritz Carlton and she has had her bday parties there from age 10 to 16 so for her it’s very nostalgic. The service is always amazing and the grounds are stunning. We can’t wait to come back!
