    The Arizona room was large! Stay was comfortable and very close to the airport. I paid more then I think it was worth due to events that weekend but overall good stay.

    As we were flying from the UK to Phoenix we would be having a beverage or 2 on the flight. So we needed to stay somewhere close so we could return to the car rental center. The "Hilton"white shuttle bus picked us up from across the road immediately outside gate 7 North. Less than 10 minutes and we were there. The reception staff on check in and check out weren't very happy but helpful enough. The room was very good, clean and the beds were very comfortable enabling a very decent night's sleep. We had a meal and a couple of beers in the bar opposite reception and the staff in there were very good helpful and happy. Then the Hilton shuttle bus arrived as per schedule every half hour at o'clock and half past. The shuttle drivers are excellent, knowledgeable and helpful and very happy and proud of what they do. The whole journey to and from Phoenix Airport was so smooth it was excellent and such a relief. I would strongly recommend the hotel especially in the same circumstances as us.

    I was double charged for my stay, and had to make five separate phone calls to get any type of resolution. Very unprofessional.
