    The hotel was spacious and ornate, specially the lobby. It feels like you're walking into a 5 star hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. The room itself though feels like you've been transported elsewhere. It was small & dark with thin walls. We were able to hear the next room flush their toilet. When people pass by our room, we could hear their conversations as if our room door was open, so it was a little bit hard to sleep. The bathroom was tiny, the door is almost hitting the toilet bowl when you swing it open. There also wasn't any hair dryer. The room seemed clean though. We only stayed one night and paid about $300. They have on-site parking which was nice. The attendant was very helpful. Overall, our experience wasn't too bad.

    To begin yes the inside is beautiful and elegant. Unfortunately the rooms are very basic and not the cleanest. Checking in was a hassle and attendant was rude about my card declining for security reasons had to wait a while the bank can confirm transaction.. Arriving I found unknown hairs on the bed. Bathroom could be cleaned better towel holder above shower head was rusty and not clean yet there was still towels on it. I called room service requesting extra towels those never arrived. The restroom sink did not drain properly was very disgusting seeing the water continue to accumulate while washing hands or face including brushing teeth. Leaving and coming in was a hassle the room keys did not work properly entering and exiting the self parking. IT IS MANDATORY TO PAY 50 DOLLARS TO PARK and most of parking is taken by valet. 70 dollars for valet parking btw. And not even the best valet experience no help with bags or luggage just parking car and expecting tip. Employees mainly spoke Spanish and not English.. overall not worth $*** a night unless it’s to take pictures or aesthetic purposes. Very basic room and basic service from hotel never again.
