The check-in process was smooth and simple. I appreciate that especially since it was late at 10pm and check out at 3 am was just as smooth. The staff was friendly and no one bothered me during my stay to clean the room, trying to get in around my schedule. The beds are soft and oversized like a cloud. I had jet lag and slept so well.

Keycards did not work to enter the building, had to walk around the building to find a working door. Despite parts of the hotel being non-smoking, smoke could be noticed in all parts of the building, and not tobacco.
