I booked a room with agenda. Well tell the property they tell you that in order to talk to somebody about your horrible experience you have to do it with the one you booked with but the one you booked with tells you to go to the property, but let me tell y’all about my room. I paid almost $90 get there my room smells like ass then my six year old finds a used condom on the shelf on the nightstand, then my 17-year-old finds a dirty sock near the wall by the bathroom. It’s got something all over it and stinks to the high heavens OK so we gotta get our bath our tub is not clean so I get out some cleaning supplies Clorox wipes I had in the car and I scrub it down to find out the damn tub but I hold water because the little drain thing is broke so we take showers well after the kids go to sleep the neighbor start I get to hear all about how he’s no good nappy head well you can guess where the rest went so I called the front desk because our microwave don’t work then I have to call And to ask her for remote to the TV. We get a remote and she goes and gets another microwave from another room, but the remote does not have any batteries so I asked them about a discount being in our room is nasty but most people would they tell me I can’t but I have to talk to booking so I got who I booked with they tell me I just talked to the property owners called the property people they tell me they can’t do nothing to the one I booked with so if you can’t talk to somebody there, you can talk to somebody there you go and you write a review of everything that went wrong ridiculous so so so so ridiculous. I will ever use a a day inn Wyndham again I’m so aggravated with the fact that nobody has a human being to talk to just AI why all these people lead jobs but yet nobody can talk to you

My rooms was not very clean and the tub was peeling pretty bad. When I checked in the lady was very rude and asking about who was all inside of my car. My 5 year old daughter was with me and was scared to get inside the tub bc the peeling was so bad. It was so late at night and I was to exhausted to have to find another hotel. I called the front desk maybe five times and never got an answer. The WiFi they offer does not work at all. The Tv did not work so I used my laptop and connected it to my phone. I would not recommend this hotel because there are others in the area that are cheaper and most definitely cleaner.
