The location is beautiful, the place is clean, and it's situated in a stunning area.
The first time we stayed here, we received the room we had requested. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly kind. You could tell he truly enjoys his job and treats guests with genuine care and goodwill.
However, when we checked in the day before yesterday, we were greeted by a young woman who initially seemed very friendly, but I quickly changed my opinion. We had specifically booked a smoking room with a balcony. She told us that no such rooms existed, even though I know they do because we stayed in one during our previous visit. Despite that, she kept insisting that they didn't exist. In the end, we reluctantly accepted the room she offered.
The next morning, during check-out, I politely greeted the receptionist in English and explained what I needed. As someone who doesn't speak Dutch, I had no other choice. The older lady at the reception didn't seem very polite once I started speaking English. She gave me the impression that she expected me to speak Dutch instead. Honestly, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by forest and nature. It is very clean, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel also has its own large parking area.
I am very satisfied with my stay. I only regret that I didn’t stay longer to fully enjoy the wellness area, swimming pool, and spa facilities.

Loved staying at this location! It feels like an oasis surrounded by green… there is even a Spa! We didn’t have time for breakfast since we were there for a wedding at a different location, so there was free fresh fruit we could grab on the go, which was a life saver! The beds were divine, slept like a baby… just cozy calm Oasis! Highly recommend!
