    Houston was beyond great to Us!! Literally 1 Night in town just to experience the Houston Life and everything was Amazing from the Views from our room ,Views of the city and more..Thank you!

    They don't answer phone and email as well. Hotel is good But far from city centre. Bed sheet was not clean , I found many hairs on it.

    This outdated hotel was so disappointing. Hotel decor in my room and outside the room was an eye sore. Our fridge smelled like something was spoiled, it didn't even work. You could see mildew outside the ac vents. Shower/tub areas had other people's hair on the ceiling and walls. Disgusted. I'll never come back to this place again. Oh and their trademark cookies, HA, were store bought. Random chocolate chip cookies were provided and you can tell they weren't the regular baked ones they usually provide. The parking is atrocious. You have to pay extra to park your car in the garage which was $30 a night and if you have truck or SUV you have to pay for valet which is $40 a night. There is no free parking. The breakfast was subpar, very basic.

    Receptionist put extra charge on me for watching a movie while i wasn't watching it, it opens accidently for 1.5 sec only. His colleagues advised him to remove this charge as she confirmed the timing and she managed to do so while when i checked my bank account I found that what he printed to me and corrected was not reflected in withdrawing cash from my account. This is really very bad and not good on a hotel like this. Thanks.
