    We had a quick 1 night stay here and it was mostly great. As a few reviewers have mentioned while it is a very nice hotel it is in need of a remodel. The lobby, pool and grounds are lovely but the rooms feel quite small, bathrooms are outdated but clean and quiet and the parking garage is dark. Self parking was incredibly easy and a flat rate of *** per night. Only real hiccup was being misinformed about the status of the escalator in the parking garage. The lower level one is not working but the upper level one is. Not really a problem just a minor inconvenience. The staff are WONDERFUL. Lin and Evony were the kindest and so lovely to talk to. Check-in was easy and we LOVED the warm cookie. It's delicious! The pool was sparkling and had towels provided on every chair. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would return!

    Houston was beyond great to Us!! Literally 1 Night in town just to experience the Houston Life and everything was Amazing from the Views from our room ,Views of the city and more..Thank you!

    They don't answer phone and email as well. Hotel is good But far from city centre. Bed sheet was not clean , I found many hairs on it.

    Receptionist put extra charge on me for watching a movie while i wasn't watching it, it opens accidently for 1.5 sec only. His colleagues advised him to remove this charge as she confirmed the timing and she managed to do so while when i checked my bank account I found that what he printed to me and corrected was not reflected in withdrawing cash from my account. This is really very bad and not good on a hotel like this. Thanks.
