very warm and welcoming ..exactly what they advertised and more. Great room with balcony and fireplace also extremely clean. We had a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend it!!

We love this hotel and always stay here on our yearly visit to Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony over the river and are always clean. It’s located off the main street but still walkable to everything. It’s a short 2 minute drive to the park entrance. We highly recommend Old Creek Lodge.
