I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time, and although the area was nice and quiet, the rooms were not up to par (broken door locks, phone not working, etc). The bedding had mites (I ended up with tiny red bites on my arms, neck, and back), and the bathroom and sink weren't thoroughly cleaned. They had an issue with the water drainage in the sink and tub. The cleaning service also entered my room, even when I requested not to be disturbed during my stay as I was resting (they don't have the "Do Not Disturb" tags for the door handles). The staff wasn't as friendly in the beginning. I completed my stay, but unfortunately, I won't be booking there again due to this experience.
