    Stayed for two nights. The coffee shop and bar downstairs are lovely. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is beautiful.

    Love this hotel. My room had separate areas for bedroom (with its own closet and TV) and living room (also with its own closet and TV). Both my bedroom and living room looked out to the beach and Lake Michigan (wonderful view)! The lobby is grand - very Old World.

    Hotel is located at lake and Magnificient miles. Rooms are large and well furnished. It is a historical property and carry the aura of Chicago growth.

    The bed was terrible. It was like 300-pound people had been sleeping on it for a year. Very soft, no support, your body sinks into it like a sink-hole. I had to sleep on the floor. Also, the hotel looks dated--like from the 1980s or 90's. Additionally there were no glasses, plates or silverware in the room.
