    The location is why we chose the Savoy for our stay. But it was the feel and service alongside the room itself that has made us keen to return. Thank you for a lovely stay. We are looking forward to coming back

    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The tram station is just right outside the hotel so it is very easy to travel around. The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well. Clean rooms and beds are very comfortable. Its really worth the money!

    Location is very good Breakfast is always same everyday, nothing new. Room is good size but furniture arrangement could be better. Need to add more lighting, at night it is not enough lighting. No phone in our room, so you need to use your personal phone to call the reception which is not ideal for foreigners as it will incur charges. Bathroom is okay but sink is so small and the water keeps on going out from the shower area and cold wind keeps on coming in, so you’ll feel cold when taking a bath. Cleaning is not consistent, some clean really well, some clean for the sake of both not really clean and on rush. No free water or snacks, all comes with price. Carpet in the lobby needs cleaning, a bit smelly. Have tried asking to microwave some food in the reception, good thing the food is covered because the packaging has some stain when I got it back, so I guess the microwave is not clean.
