Staff was courteous. I was just confused by housekeeping’s schedule because we checked in on a Wednesday and was given this informational letter which included the info about how housekeeping cleans your room every other day. We assumed they’d clean on Friday but they did not clean it.

Room spotless
Robert the manager super awesome knows customer service very well. And runs a tight ship. Valet guys and girl so professional and a so patient.
This is a great hotel with great people. Took an uber to Disney for a convention and was so easy quick no issues. Great location as well.

Courteous staff. Decent location to the park.
Pool was not very heated. Beds were ok. Rooms overall were kinda funky. Small bathrooms.
