    My stay tonight was nice, and I was really impressed by several things. The staff have been genuinely friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in was especially kind and welcoming. The property itself is clean, and my room in particular is immaculate — comfortable, well-kept, and clearly cared for with real attention to detail. Even though the surrounding area looks a bit worn down, the room feels like a little oasis. There were a couple of things that gave me pause, mostly related to accessibility. I am a heavier, older gentleman with health conditions, and I had to hike up with all my junk several flights of stairs to reach the third floor. I wasn’t told about the elevator at the center of the floor, and I’m still not sure if guests are supposed to use it since I was specifically instructed to take the stairs when I checked in. After making that climb, I understand why I don’t see many older or heavier guests up here. I didn't leave my room much because of how hot it is, and the dread of putting my old knees through that kind of punishment again. One other small thing: my room doesn’t have a microwave. I usually rely on microwaveable meals to keep food costs down during trips, so that’s a bit inconvenient this time around. Overall, though, I’m enjoying my stay. The staff are kind, the room is spotless and comfortable, and the location is great. With a few improvements to accessibility and amenities, this place could be even better.

    This is by far the worse hotel I have stayed at. It had it all, roaches, handing rusted uncovered restroom light, rotten moldy furniture, mattress stained on the sides, cigarette smell to the max, rotting safe with rust, carpet was stained with gum stuck, tub cracked and unstable & fully outdated room. I showered and slept in my car because management knew they ripped me off.

    Where do I start? 2 double room with barely any room to walk around. We were in each other's way. The flooring was coming up and the ac electrical outlet was janky. There was no coffee machine in the room. Their version of breakfast was cereal, yogurt, appes/oranges, milk/juice, and granola bars. The coffee? I think it was leftover from the day before. Adding creamer turned it a gray color. The only thing great about this was the pigeon outside our room.
