Staff was very helpful and understanding being that I spoke no Japanese. Room was and hotel were clean and comfortable. Restaurants onsite were reasonable and had good service. Location was very walkable, coffee shop around the corner was my default go to for a cheap breakfast or dinner.

We stayed one night pre cruise and were very happy with this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to others and even stay there again. The area was beautiful and convenient. Totally walkable.
