Great older style hotel with lots of character right in Chinatown. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English. We didn't opt for the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat in Chinatown. If you're coming from Haneda airport, then there's an Airport Limousine bus which drops you directly at the front of the hotel. Buy the bus tickets at the airport. Would definately stay there again.

Very clean but it’s a little outdated with old furniture , old carpet and mattress a little soft, staff is very friendly but room is very clean - will be back to this hotel and walking distance to

We had a very comfortable family stay at the Rose Hotel. The room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and returning after a long day felt genuinely relaxing rather than simply coming back to a hotel room. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. The location was also very convenient for exploring Yokohama. We would happily stay here again.
