    The location was perfect and the facilities were impressive, making the overall experience very enjoyable. The staff were attentive and friendly. Cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable, which added to the comfort of the stay. The value for money is exceptional.

    i booked largest room and the pool view but the front desk admin give wrong old creepy room. No light in toilet.the view its so horrible. Then i managed to change to the other room. Just ok. Room is nice and clean.. pool is ok but need to do the maintenance . Breakfast also very nice .. overall just ok to stay in one night .

    We booked the Club Executive Room. The room was spacious and came with complimentary drinks and snacks. We also enjoyed having a smart TV with Netflix. The resort is large but the facilities are a bit dated. Breakfast was decent, and the only downside is that there’s not much to do nearby, so you’ll need a car to get around.

    Unfortunately, i had a difficult time while check in. I arrived at the hotel around 4.30 and proceed to the receptionist. However, i was informed by the receptionist that the housekeeping was still preparing the room as arrangement for honeymoon decoration was made. this was a bit confusing because i previously informed by the hotel via email that there wont be any deco as it was a last minute booking. In addition, I was also disappointed with the assistance provided when I asked about the location of the surau. As prayer time was approaching, I needed clear directions to the surau as quickly as possible. However, despite asking several times, the receptionist, Eric, repeatedly explained the availability of a prayer mat instead of answering my question about the surau's location. I understand that a prayer mat may be available for guests, but this did not address the information I was requesting. Given the limited time before prayer, I found the interaction frustrating and unhelpful. Lastly, we waited till 6.30pm and only then we managed to go to our room. As a result, I experienced an unnecessary delay during check-in, which was disappointing given that I had already clarified the matter in advance through email correspondence. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and provide an explanation as to why this miscommunication occurred. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
