    my shower didn’t work and we got back to room to shower after 1 am. Had no towels or washcloths in our room. air conditioning sucked. Bedsheets felt like sandpaper. Our room door didn’t have a second lock on it. There was a chain but nothing to chain too. I always want that extra lock so housekeeping don’t come in. I also didn’t have a do not disturb sign so I did not sleep well thinking someone would come into my room. I do not recommend this hotel

    Right off the start, only one of five elevators was operational, and the one working elevator took forever to service the 20+ floors. Then it took several tries to get the room key to work. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. The shower barely had lukewarm water after several minutes of running hot water wide open. The hotel looked nice on the web site, but it is no wonder it is significantly cheaper than anything nearby. And from the looks of other reviews we got lucky that our air conditioner actually worked. If the price seems too good to be true, it definitely is.

    The room cleaner only could speak Spanish so had to communicate through the phone. The 1st day we slept in late and asked them to come back later, they never came back for 3 days, not until we asked for new towels. Location is pretty good but being downtown lots of eating places closed early. Front desk staff was great though.
