Very happy with the room, the amenities, the comfort of the bed etc. Loved the pool and spa.
3pm Check in was pretty ordinary which spoiled things. We were told we would receive a call when the room was ready however we didn’t. We went back to reception just after 3 and were told the room was yet to be inspected and would only be a ‘sec’. We wait and waited for another 20 minutes and nothing. We then approached reception again and we were finally check in. Pretty disappointed with that.

From the moment that you step into The Langham you know that it’s going to be special. The check-in process was easy. Our room was stunning, timeless. The staff that we encountered at the restaurant, room service, and the pool were all so lovely. Would love to stay again.
