We had a lovely stay, however we felt that the hotel facilities could have been better. The pool was rather small and it overlooked a harbor with lots of construction and barges/cranes. Compared to many other luxury hotels we stayed at throughout Sicily we didn’t feel the same value and amenities. The overall atmosphere felt posh and elevated however it lacked the substance of a high value hotel. Overall it’s beautiful but I am not missing the property, nor will I recommend it to friends/family for their travel plans like I did with other hotels

Villa Igiea is close slough to all the sites you want to see in Palermo, and yet far enough away to start and end your day in a peaceful haven. The staff are wonderfully charming and attentive. I am going back!

Best hotel in Palermo! Very peaceful oasis outside the chaos of the city! It is a quick, ten-minute free shuttle ride to the historical center. This is a perfect hotel to really escape and have a peaceful getaway while having the option to enjoy the vibrant city. The food was excellent. The staff was very attentive and professional. I will return. Thank you!
