This lavish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 6. Offering free Wi-Fi and parking, a screened-in porch, fire pit and BBQ propane grill. House is located in a gated community and as such there are Additional fees that are mandatory by the HOA for entry. These fees must be paid 3 days prior to arrival.
-Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20.00 per vehicle.
-Transaction Fee: $20.00 ( non refundable)
- Wristbands fee $8.50 per day( May-September) and $2.00 ( September-May)
(ALL guests over 6 years-old MUST purchase a wristband).

Very clean and comfortable house. a beautiful gazebo overlooking the forest, all kitchen utensils are normal, clean bed linen and towels, WiFi worked well. thanks for the great time.
