Guests are required to register and pay the following mandatory fees before arrival:
Temporary Membership (per person, age 6+):
In-Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50 per night
Off-Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2.00 per night
Vehicle Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
Administration Fee: $20 per rental registration (non-refundable)
Late Registration Fee: $100 (applies if registration is submitted less than 3 days before arrival)
To avoid the late fee, please ensure guest and vehicle information is submitted at least 3 days before check-in. A QR code will be emailed for gate and amenity access.

Thank you Jessica for a great stay. The house was wonderful and clean. The community was perfect with enough activities that we didn't even have to leave. Can't wait to come back.

The Lake House was very beautiful. It was very peaceful. It was nice seeing a lot of deer and I enjoyed taking pictures of the deer and the scenery. Very relaxing. Loved the firepit!! Made me feel right at home! Loved the front porch and back deck and i loved the privacy. I had to bring my 6 month old puppy Ruthie with me. I rescued her about two weeks ago So bringing her was all new to me, but she did really well for her first vacation. She also loved it. And wanted to stay. She had a fun time playing& exploring! I recommend this lake house. It was worth it!

The house is on a quiet road… which was great for the kids to play. The house is isn’t the cleanest and definitely needs to be updated but served the purpose.
