Lovely house located within easy reach of the beach. The property was clean and well-stocked, providing everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. We particularly liked the hot tub and pool table, and found the house spacious enough even for our large group. The hosts were super communicative and helpful, and Mawgan Porth provided a nice amount of shops / eateries. We would definitely stay again!
Very little - good to be aware that the walk down to the beach is fairly steep and a struggle coming back for those less mobile. It is, however, a short drive.

LOved the space and facilities , the pool table , the location , the weather , the welcome from the host .
Lovely everything . The only slight grumble was the pillows were too fat.

Fantastic Location, nice walk down to the beach, good workout going back up the hill after a visit to the Merrymoor pub. Lovely views of the sea from master bedroom and games room.
Hot tub was nice and clean.
Pool table was great, nice social area.
Kitchen has everything that you need along with a utility room with washer, dryer and full size fridge and freezer.
Lots of wet suits and body boards in garage.
Property nice and clean, comfy beds.
Garden secure for dogs.
Only picking here as overall the property is great and we had a lovely time.
Front garden could just do with a bit of a tidy up (lots of weeds).
Could do with a light by the hot tub, couldn't see one.
Looked everywhere for a folder with info about the property/area but couldn't find one.
