Nice spacious place, with a kitchen, washing machine and close to the beach.
The only 2 points in my opinion missing to get a 10, is missing a microwave in the kitchen (we couldn't heat up leftovers) and the AC doesn't cool down the top floor, so it was a little hot during the nights.

The balcony facing the sunset, the well equipped kitchen, and the comfort and coziness of the whole space
The air conditioning wasn’t effectively cooling the little upstair where the bed was as effectively as it was cooling the rest of the house
