Very nice apartment, beatiful terrace, good location (middle of the island, both ends accessible by walk or nearby bus), lovely host, attending to all needs.
Shower could use a little update.

The apartment has everything you need. It's spacious and has a comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi and AC work flawlessly. Communication with the host was perfect; he made sure you were satisfied. There's a washing machine and hair dryer. But what really impressed me was the terrace with a private jacuzzi and the shared pool. The entire area around the apartment was very well-maintained. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to relax. Spiaggia della Chiaia beach, overlooking Marina di Corricella, was also nearby. A supermarket is also close by.
You should bear in mind that when choosing an Italian breakfast, it will only be croissants and various sweet spreads. This wasn't a big deal for our short stay, and the host was kind enough to ask beforehand if we had any allergies or intolerances.
