The location is perfect: up to five minutes walk to great beach clubs, coffee shops, takeaways, restaurants, etc. Kaş itself is very small but this property is located in a perfect place. It is also very quiet even though it was only 2 minutes away from the city center with vivid night life.
The room was called “deluxe” but it was so small and poorly designed that we would leave the hotel right after breakfast and get back at night just to sleep.
Breakfast was very unbalanced: too much sweat stuff like jams or honey, and very few options to make a high protein or low carb plate. The fruits tasted amazing though.

The room is comfortable, the bed is good. Breakfast is good and generous.
I got a room on the ground floor and the lobby near the room is very noisy until late in the night.
Kas is becoming a nightmare to parc your car, for some reasons I don't know, some places in front of the hotel are not accessible or are populated by staff scooters, which was not the case in the past.

Vey close to city centre, delicious breakfast with a lot of dishes, modern design
All the towels in our room were in red lipstick, some with whole pieces of lipstick🤯 It was the evening we noticed this, we were only for 1 night. If we had been longer I think we would have had them replaced, but impossible for the staff not to see it when they left towels on the bed! The window in the shower is broken, in the evening and night it’s cold in the bathroom
