Small but cozy and modern appartment. For two perssons is ideal but for more it can be a bit crowded (we were three, one adult and two kids and we managed). Location is excellent. Even if it's in the middle of everithing is very quiet. When you get out of the building you find 3 souvenirs stores on the ground floor of the building, 2 cofee shops, a fresh fish store, at least 5 restaurants and a supermarket within 50 m in any direction. The sea front promenade starts in 50 m and it's full of restaurants. The beach starts in approx. 150 m. Thre is laso a park in 20 m distance from the appartment. The balcony is very small but enough to dry some clothes and to sit and have a coffee. The owner is super OK. The old clothes dryer was broken so I asked for another one. Next day he brought a new one.
Some plates are needed on the location. Parking is free if you find a parking space, Parking spaces are a challenge.

The room had no view from the balcony and was too narrow for doublebeded. From this point of view I do not think it deserves the price asked for it. All other facilities were new and clean. Location was excellent.
