Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και υπήρχε πρόσβαση στα πάντα με τα πόδια
Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ήταν ανεπαρκής. Στη ντουζιέρα υπήρχαν τρίχες από τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους, οι καθρέφτες ήταν θαμποί. Επίσης μας επισκέφθηκαν 2 κατσαρίδες τη νύχτα. Αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν ότι το σπίτι ήταν ημιυπόγειο, πράγμα που δεν αναφερόταν πουθενά στην περιγραφή. Τέλος στην αυλή έσταζαν νερά από τον από πάνω όροφο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να καθίσεις άνετα.
