About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned mezzanine studio apartment with jacuzzi and sauna for rent in Rocquigny, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included. Breakfast included. Complimentary welcome tray with champagne, wine and first evening meal. Ideal for a romantic weekend away, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, hanging armchair, king-size bed (180×200), starry sky above, Jacuzzi and sauna.
- Open-plan shower room with double shower.
- Separate WC.
On the mezzanine :
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob (to be plugged in), coffee machine with integrated grinder... and a dining area.
The studio is ideally located in Rocquigny, in an outbuilding of a house in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, bars and the market.
Activities :
- Sporting activities: La Scanbérique, the French section of EuroVélo 3, canoeing, walks around the Etang des Moines 10 km away or in the Parc de l'Astrée 18 km away...
- Tourist sites: tour of the fortified churches of the Thiérache...
- Cultural activities: Le familistère Godin in Guise, Musée Matisse in Le Cateau-Cambrésis, l'Écomusée de l'Avesnois...
- Fun activities: Axe Parc in Luzoir (inflatable games and educational farm), visit to an Alpaca farm at "la Cour Farroux" in Sommeron, donkey-drawn carriage ride at "Le Pré de l'âne" in Fontaines les Vervins, Maubeuge Zoo, Val Joly lake and leisure centre...
Local specialities: Farmhouse maroilles at the Fontaine Orion farm in Haution.
